🚚 Local Deliveries (Vadodara)
- Standard shipping within Vadodara is fulfilled within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
📦 PAN India Deliveries
- We ship across India; however, due to high temperatures and product sensitivity, we do not dispatch orders over the weekend.
- due to extreme heat conditions we will be currently delivering bonbons in Vadodara only
- Orders placed after Friday 1 PM will be dispatched on Monday, to maintain the freshness and integrity of your order
- PAN India orders are shipped only on business days (Mon–Fri).
🍫 Bonbon Shipping Policy
- Our bonbons are particularly temperature-sensitive. To ensure they arrive in perfect condition, we currently ship them only to major cities including:
Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Gandhinagar, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Kolkata.
- These orders are packed in thermocol-insulated boxes with ice packs, providing added protection during transit.
📦 Packaging & Handling
All our products are carefully packed to withstand transit conditions. For bonbons and chocolate items, we request you to please follow the instructions provided in the storage instruction card included in your package. While we do our best to protect your order, we recommend refrigerating items upon arrival especially during warmer months.
📬 Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Delivery timelines vary by location, but we aim to ensure timely, safe arrivals with our trusted courier partners.
