At Blue Aster, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal chocolates and baked goods, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as damage or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details, and we will make it right.
Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to store the products as recommended (e.g., in a cool, dry place or refrigerated, depending on the item). We do not take responsibility for spoilage due to improper storage.
